honest truth

okay, okay, i'll come clean. I'm in love with Philadelphia. I am willing to leave at anytime to another location for anything but deep down inside, I have come to love Philadelphia. Maybe I'm jaded because I have never been to another metropolitan area such as this but there is an endless plethora of activities/sights to see and to be seen. Sure, others can make the statement that their cities are the best but if you have come to be close to Philly as I have this past 1 and a half year, your mind would be swayed as well.

This city has its ups and downs but on any given night, this city can be more romantic than Rome, France, etc etc.

My new years resolution is to try somewhere new a week (restaurant, sights, attractions) and I don't think a whole year will even make a dent to what Philly has to offer. If anyone has suggestions, please feel free to let me know.

From the city of brotherly love,

-me.

Holding me hostage

There is this particular car repair place that I frequent because I know the people who run it. The only problem is that whenever I go in for car work, they end up keeping me for the whole day. I've come to get around this issue by going in 1 hour before they close. Today, I had to do a lot of work on my car, actually they told me that if I kept driving it around in this condition, the car could shut down on me.

So, I've been here all day today.....with no end in sight...doing work......this really sucks.

Too long didn't read: working remotely is not as glamorous as I thought it would be.

Missing

So, my bff at work is not in today. This day has been the longest day ever. I usually get into work mode about 2:00 PM daily but all day, I have been unable to focus. It's filled with people here but it seems so empty today. Also, noone to appreciate my humor...

Hipster adults are soooo mainstream.

When will this day be over?!?!??!....argh.
