So, the day before yesterday, I lost control of my car and had a minor accident. My door creaks when I open it...fml..
That night of the accident, decided to do a nice thing by taking my little brother out to bowling and eat at Pat's Cheese steak. While going to the bowling alley, it was snowing lightly and I lost control while cruising down a huge hill. (Ashmead and Tookany Creek Pkwy) Jeebus. Try to play it off cool-like while he's freaking out and said, "It happens" but was really crying/regretting taking him out. Finally make our way to the alley and made a wager with him and now I have to buy him something (bass strings bc he's a jazz musician [don't ask...]) Afterwards, bought him a cheese steak and showed him my work place....at 3:30 am. No one at all was there. All the lights were turned off and it was snowing even more out. Came home and passed out.
So today, taking a much needed break because my back is aching from the bowling (not as young as I think I am) when alas, my mom calls and tells me to buy my brother clothes. To much debate, I follow orders and will follow through by stopping at a nearby mall. I suggested we go to the thrift store but he said something to the effect of, "are you serious? *sigh*"
I love 3 day weekends. It should be made into a law.
**edit: So I take my younger brother to Macy's and he just doesn't know how to buy clothes or has a sense of fashion. He's the type to enjoy funny novelty t-shirts and anime shirts. He wanted to buy clothes that are clean cut so I suggested nut-huggers. So in the end, we leave because he couldn't find anything he liked so I said we will go to SEARS if he doesn't fly and act right. In the end, we can home after about 2 hours of looking around (bought NOTHING!) and I gave him some of my old stuff.
..maybe I should buy some nut-huggers.
